I am a both a Business Consultant and Coach.  I have been a “Consultant” for over twenty-five years.  My expertise includes business process improvement, organizational change management, team building, training material development and delivery, and policy and procedure writing.  I have performed consulting projects in both the private and public sector in diverse working environments with individuals, small teams, large groups, and entire organizations.  I have an innate understanding of the terms “team” and “organization.”

I am a long term devoted practitioner of Stephen Covey’s ”7 Habits of Highly Effectively People.”  I am a “Seven Habits” Coach certified by the Franklin Covey Company.  My consulting and coaching techniques and methodologies are all grounded in the foundational principles of developing highly effective people.

When I am called in to help, I usually begin by using specifically focused assessment tools and personal interviews to gain an initial understanding of the current state of the individual or organization.  Both process and people.  I then recommend the implementation of a specifically tailored solution, aligned with the individual’s or Company’s vision, mission, and goals, that will significantly improve current business processes, enhance performance capabilities, and show a return on investment.  The outcome is a leadership team and workforce that is self-energized to maintain and sustain continuous improvement to allow the organization to meet the demands and challenges of the 21^st century.
